All these are technical loopholes that companies make use of. But if you want to go with organic SEO, you must avoid all these methods. You should also use good content to attract customers. Keep in mind that while technical loopholes may get you traffic, you will not get leads unless you have high quality content- because your customers will eventually be humans and not search engine rankings.

While a good company thinks ‘how can we make this site useful, so that other companies would want to link to us,’ a bad company would think ‘how can we add links to this content without thinking of its quality?’

So you can see that though you can attract traffic using black hat techniques, but it is best to invest time in organic SEO, since people might land on your page, but they wouldn’t be interested in your services.
